My Weekly Routine
Hey ya guys.
I’ve missed this.
I’ve been somewhat busy lately, and a lot tired.
In the past few weeks I have made a few of my own lifestyle changes, so my weekly routine has changed a bunch and I’m still adjusting to it.
Its’ rather a simple schedule but I am a night owl, so I sleep most of my day away, well not really most of my day, I do sleep the proper amount, but at the wrong times of the day.
Either way, my day goes something like this
Wake up. Work. Gym. Sleep.
It doesn’t seem like a lot, but if you worked where I work you would understand why my bed is the only place i want to be after the gym. Now I do work the night shift and that’s 2:30p-8p and then I head straight to the gym and get there about 9p. Depending on what I/we did that day, I leave anywhere between 11p and 12a.
Like i said before I am a night owl, so I’m up until 2/3/4 doing what a normal person does during the daytime hours. That means checking email, Facebook, Instagram, trying for inspiration, deciding on things id like to try ((like just now I decided to try calligraphy)), researching the things I’ve decided to try, then eventually I fall asleep and do it all over again.
Now I know there are thousand of people who do more than I do daily, but about 15 minutes after I wake up I just want to go back to sleep, lolz! But just thinking about my daily routine makes me exhausted, and that is part of the problem.
I would love to have just “creative thoughts” days, that would be amazing. I am working towards doing things I love more frequently, as I do believe I would be a happier person if that was possible.
My long-term goal is to ONLY do what I love, and in this day, that is definitely a possibility. In all things that I do I have just one requirement, and that is to be happy.
The people in my life, the activities I do, the place I go, the things I see, the sounds I hear should all bring joy to me and “mine”. I think that’s a great life goal.
At any rate, What’s new with you? Whats you week look like? Do you find time regularly to do things you love? How do you fit it all in?
Let me know below.
